HOW TO ORDER:
1. Purchase the product by adding it to your cart. .
2. Email a PHOTO of your original RECIPE to: creativebuzz@chasepress.com. Please indicate any other pertinent information to describe your customization needs. Don't worry if the recipe is stained with butter or full of lots of notes in the margins. That just makes it even more special! :)
THE PROCESS: We will email you a proof within 1-2 business days for you to review and make any changes. ONCE WE HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL, we will start the laser engraving process. Our final turn around time is dependent on your response time. (Additional fees will be applied for any additional proofing rounds other than the one already included.)
FINISHED PRODUCT:
• The final product will be a beautifully laser etched reproduction of the photo/image you sent us
• All items will be mailed to the address on file
• WE MUST HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL VIA EMAIL BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS
• Items will be shipped 3-5 business days after final approval
• We have no control on delivery time frames after items leave our shop

Shipped Listings: Orders are made based on date purchased. Currently we are only shipping in the continental U.S. The Creative Buzz is not responsible for any items (lost, damaged, or arrival date) once it's shipped. We cannot control any postal delays or mishandling of items.
