2. The ‘Personalization Box’ will pop up. Here’s where you’ll provide the following information:
Children’s Names
Font for the children’s names - see Font Palette in gallery. Please note some fonts lend better for a longer/shorter name. In the design process, if there’s an issue we will contact you.
THE PROCESS: We will email you a proof within 1-2 business days for you to review and make any changes. ONCE WE HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL, we will start the printing process. Our final turn around time is dependent on your response time. (Additional fees will be applied for any additional proofing rounds other than the one already included.)
FINISHED PRODUCT:
• The final product will be a beautifully etched keepsake she will treasure forever
• All items will be mailed to the address on file
• WE MUST HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL VIA EMAIL BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS
• Items will be shipped 3-5 business days after final approval
• We have no control on delivery time frames after items leave our shop
